If you don’t read Juxtapoz why?

Nothing makes me more jelly of NYC art/life than Two Coats gallery guide. Deborah’s work was the lead in my RSS feed and was surprised I’ve never posted on her before.

Good one for a #TBT, since Paulina is not with us any more. Definitely read about her interest in UFOs, and kudos to Greater #RestonArtsCenter for their retrospective of her long-neglected vision.

Two Coats of Paint right on the money with this write up. Kind of reminds me of Fran O’Neil in the sense that they appear narrative.

Caught this great read on Artsy and decided to explore Sam’s catalog. 60 years of painting (and installation, and printmaking, and…) sounds like a dream come true.

Interesting to see how some artists’ work evolves off the canvas/paper into a physical form. I hope I get to see one of these up close at some point.

Caught this interesting interview with Beth in ARTnews- curious to see these as the results of lots of drawing, and to hear how color and form can inform each other.

Found this article and was curious- thanks #artnet!- about whether I knew what they knew… I’m all about Erin O’Keefe and Sarah Crowner (I also follow Maya Hayuk on IG), and was thrilled to discover Marina!

I first came across Margaret through an article in Ideel Art on Lyrical Abstraction. Great drawing and she also paints!

I love that Susanne tags her work #urban (probably because it’s one of the first adjectives I thought of).

ARTnews has a really dumb piece up about the first Marfa Art Fair (not even going to link to it), but I can’t get past the first image which is 4 pieces by Anna. I’m sort of obsessed with these now- I created a hashtag for her on IG.
