Painting was my first love as an artist, and I always return to it.

My recent work is a reflection of my continued interest in contradiction, including the promises and challenges of Modernism. My materials point through (their) recycling to the impact of our choices on the environment, and also to the strategies employed by many of the Light & Space artists. I elaborate on my thinking about my practice here.
