Paintings

Painting was my first love as an artist, and I always return to it.

My recent work is a reflection of my continued interest in contradiction, including the promises and challenges of Modernism, as well as material choices that point through recycling to the impact of our choices on the environment, and also point to the strategies employed by many of the Light & Space artists. I elaborate on my thinking about my practice here.

  1. I really did these, man. The color choices/combinations and variations on theme are very cool. Also love the glass with wood or metal frames; gives it a sleek and modern yet not-too-neat aesthetic. šŸ‘šŸ¼
